The staff was very friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the excellent service from the receptionist. the hotel is close to train and bus services, made getting around very easy. the breakfast was well-stocked with a good variety of options, so i found good value.
the room lacked air conditioning, and i found a few stains on the floor, it was not ideal.

Breakfast included baked ham, beans, sausage, and eggs, i liked that. fresh fruit included bananas, apples, oranges, and tangerines. yogurt and juices were available. vending machines provided coffee and cappuccino. Takeaway packaging was a great perk.

The room size was over 20m2 and included individual air conditioning. electrical sockets included two classic usb ports. Usb c was not available. a large lcd tv was present, good for watching content.

Staff members were pleasant, smiling, and helpful. the room was clean and bright with fresh towels and bath towels provided daily. quality soap and shampoo were available in the bathroom. That was nice.

The hotel's proximity to the dlr station made exploring super easy! our room included both a kettle and an iron board, very useful. i especially appreciated the breakfast with sausages, potato hash browns, eggs, and veggies. The food was AMAZING!!!
the tv reception was jumpy, showing pixelation at times.
